About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary client interface for a portfolio of high-revenue, complex Treasury clients
- Serve as a comprehensive project manager focused on accelerating revenue realization
- Lead, direct, influence, and coordinate delivery of treasury, cash management, card, merchant, and deposit solutions
- Resolve escalations using expertise, discretion, independent judgment, and sound decision-making
- Deliver integrated treasury solutions across the full project scope
- Partner with client-facing teammates on sales opportunities and provide product expertise and consultation
- Maintain client, treasury industry, client subsector, and bank-structure expertise
- Develop data-driven client insights and presentations with recommendations to reduce risk, improve working capital, and digitize payments and receipts
- Participate in the Client Management Process to develop and deepen client relationships
- Direct service and fulfillment requests to relevant teams and keep stakeholders updated
- Identify cross-sell opportunities through client interactions and scope expansions
- Serve as the client’s single point of contact through implementation and testing of multiple products
- Facilitate internal and external client calls
- Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and project completion with key stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex internal client-team escalations
- Apply project management disciplines, document discussions, plans, and action items, and distribute updates
- Validate services meet client expectations post-implementation and hand off to Client Services
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years of prior treasury sales experience
- Product and financial acumen
- Proven track record leading complex projects from inception through completion
- Ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders and deliver within deadlines and budgets
- Expert verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills
- Ability to read and leverage data to identify trends and opportunities
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and balance multiple sales activities
- Deep understanding of bank structure and operational aspects of global cash management products and services
- Understanding of and adherence to risk guidelines
- Knowledge of bank network and effective business partnering
- 40 hours per week availability
- B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree (desired)
