About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary client interface for a portfolio of high-revenue, complex Treasury clients
  • Serve as a comprehensive project manager focused on accelerating revenue realization
  • Lead, direct, influence, and coordinate delivery of complex treasury, cash management, card, merchant, and deposit solutions
  • Resolve escalations using expertise, discretion, independent judgment, and sound decision-making
  • Deliver integrated treasury solutions across the full project scope
  • Partner with client-facing teammates on sales opportunities and provide product expertise and consultation
  • Develop data-driven client insights and presentations with recommendations to reduce risk, improve working capital, and digitize payments and receipts
  • Participate in the Client Management Process to develop new and existing client relationships
  • Direct service and fulfillment requests to relevant teams and keep stakeholders updated
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities through client-driven scope expansions
  • Serve as the client’s single point of contact through implementation and testing of multiple products
  • Facilitate internal and external client calls
  • Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and successful project completion
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex internal client team escalations
  • Apply project management disciplines, document meeting discussions, project plans, and action items, and distribute updates
  • Validate services meet client expectations post-implementation and hand off to Client Services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years of prior treasury sales experience
  • Product and financial acumen
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects from inception through completion
  • Ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders and deliver results within established deadlines and budgets
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to read and leverage data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and balance multiple sales activities
  • Deep understanding of bank structure and operational aspects of global cash management products and services
  • Understanding of and adherence to risk guidelines
  • Knowledge of bank network and effective business partnering
  • B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree (desired)
  • For-profit, Not-for-Profit, Higher Education, or Healthcare banking/Revenue Cycle experience is a plus
