About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deepen and grow a portfolio of Commercial Banking Middle Market and Aerospace and Defense treasury clients in the Mid-Atlantic
- Build partnerships with business partners and key client decision makers
- Complete portfolio business reviews focused on revenue realization
- Pursue client prospect opportunities outside the portfolio with Relationship Managers and other enterprise partners
- Position treasury solutions suited to client needs through daily virtual interactions
- Lead pricing and negotiation discussions for treasury products to optimize relationship profitability and year-over-year revenue growth
- Drive mobile, digital, and real-time payments adoption as a digital ambassador
- Lead strategic dialogues using best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solution positioning
- Participate in the Client Management Process for client acquisition and relationship deepening
- Manage implementation of all solutions from start to finish for a smooth client experience and speed to revenue
- Own revenue/product growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, RFP responses, call preparation, and client-facing treasury presentations
- Evaluate treasury solutions using client cost/benefit and bank profitability analyses
- Maintain communication with Relationship Managers and core team members regarding client, product, and industry information
- Maintain goal achievement and performance metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a treasury or cash management capacity
- Strong business/financial acumen aligned to client treasury operations KPIs
- Ability to foster strong partnerships and build rapport with client contacts
- Ability to manage competing priorities in an organized fashion while maintaining client satisfaction
- Broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products, services, and trends
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree (desired)
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification or equivalent (desired)
- Experience as a Treasury Sales Analyst or Associate working with and influencing business clients (desired)
- Understanding of treasury software, tools, and banking services commonly utilized by Auto Dealers
- Experience in the Auto Dealer sector preferred
- Willingness to adopt new technology, including AI
- 40 hours per week
- United States work authorization/time-zone context indicated by the 1st shift listing
