About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and actively pursue treasury revenue streams and product penetration across an assigned HTSRA Tech Industry portfolio in the Northeast
- Pursue client prospect opportunities outside the portfolio with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, FX Trade Advisors, Implementation Advisors, Service Partners, Card Managers, Liquidity Specialists, and other partners
- Position US and sometimes international treasury solutions to meet client needs
- Conduct daily virtual interactions with client contacts
- Lead pricing and negotiation discussions for treasury management products
- Drive mobile, digital, and real-time payments adoption
- Lead strategic dialogues around client-centric issues using best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solution positioning
- Participate in the Client Management Process for client acquisition and relationship deepening
- Manage implementation of solutions from start to finish
- Drive revenue and product growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, RFP responses, call preparations, and client-facing treasury presentations
- Evaluate treasury solutions using client cost/benefit and bank profitability analyses
- Maintain client focus and understanding of bank operations and treasury products
- Communicate with Relationship Managers and core team members regarding client information, products, and industry knowledge
- Maintain goal achievement and performance metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a treasury or cash management capacity
- Strong business/financial acumen aligned to client treasury operations KPIs
- Ability to foster strong partnerships and build sincere rapport with client contacts
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining client satisfaction
- Broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products, services, and trends
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree
- Certified Treasury Professional Certification (CTP) or equivalent desired
- Understanding of treasury software, tools, and banking services commonly utilized by Auto Dealers
- Experience in the Auto Dealers sector preferred
- Motivation to continuously improve processes and one's own education
- Desire to mentor and sponsor other associates
- Ability and willingness to adopt new technology, including AI
- Ability to work 1st shift in the United States of America
- 40 hours per week
