About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and actively pursue treasury revenue streams and product penetration across an assigned HTSRA Tech Industry vertical portfolio for the North East
  • Pursue client prospect opportunities outside the portfolio with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, FX Trade Advisors, Implementation Advisors, Service Partners, Card Managers, Liquidity Specialists and other partners
  • Position US and sometimes international treasury solutions suited to client needs
  • Conduct daily virtual interactions with client contacts
  • Lead pricing and negotiation discussions for treasury management products
  • Drive mobile, digital and real-time payments adoption
  • Lead strategic dialogues using best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics and solution positioning
  • Participate in the Client Management Process for client acquisition and relationship deepening
  • Manage implementation of all solutions from start to finish
  • Drive revenue and product growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, RFP responses, call preparations and client-facing treasury presentations
  • Evaluate treasury solutions using client-focused cost/benefit and bank-focused profitability analyses
  • Maintain client focus and awareness of bank operations, treasury products and industry trends
  • Communicate updated client, product and industry information to Relationship Managers and core team members
  • Maintain performance against goals and metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a treasury or cash management capacity
  • Strong business/financial acumen to align to core Key Performance Indicators within clients’ treasury operations ecosystems
  • Ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and build sincere rapport with client contacts
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in an organized fashion while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products, services and trends
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
  • B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree
  • Certified Treasury Professional Certification (CTP) or equivalent desired
  • Solid understanding of treasury software, tools and banking services commonly utilized by Auto Dealers; sector experience preferred
  • Ability and willingness to adopt new technology, including AI
  • 40 hours per week
  • 1st shift (United States of America)
