About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary client interface for a portfolio of high-revenue, complex Treasury clients
  • Serve as a comprehensive project manager focused on accelerating revenue realization
  • Lead, direct, influence, and coordinate delivery of complex treasury, cash management, card, merchant, and deposit solutions
  • Resolve escalations using expertise, independent judgment, and discretion
  • Deliver integrated treasury solutions across the entire project scope
  • Partner with client-facing teammates on sales opportunities and provide product expertise and consultation
  • Develop data-driven client insights and presentations, including recommendations to reduce risk, improve working capital, and digitize payments and receipts
  • Participate in the Client Management Process to develop and deepen client relationships
  • Direct service and fulfillment requests to relevant teams and keep stakeholders updated
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities through scope expansions
  • Serve as the single point of contact through implementation and testing of multiple products
  • Facilitate internal and external client calls for implementation requests
  • Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and successful project completion
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex internal client team escalations
  • Maintain project plans, meeting documentation, and action items; distribute updates to clients and core teams
  • Validate services meet client expectations post-implementation and ensure handoff to Client Services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years of prior treasury sales experience
  • Product and financial acumen
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects from inception through completion, driving alignment across diverse stakeholders and delivering results within established deadlines and budgets
  • Ability to interact with and influence people internally and externally through expert verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills
  • Ability to read and leverage data to proactively identify trends and opportunities
  • Strong ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple sales activities
  • Deep understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services
  • Understanding of and adherence to risk guidelines to identify, manage and escalate risk responsibly
  • Passionately curious, courageous, knowledge of bank network and effective business partnering
  • Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
  • Availability for 40 hours per week
