Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead product experts supporting Global Transaction Services in client engagements, account management, complex and high-dollar deal closings, and emerging solution opportunities
  • Participate as product sales or industry expert in client calls
  • Identify opportunities and influence solutions
  • Drive collaboration among product, sales, and client relationship teams
  • Deliver integrated treasury solutions to non-bank financial institution, insurance, and specialty finance clients and prospects
  • Manage and pursue treasury revenue streams and increase product penetration across an assigned portfolio
  • Partner with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities
  • Provide product knowledge to deliver solutions meeting client and prospect needs
  • Drive mobile, digital, and real-time payments adoption as a digital ambassador
  • Lead strategic dialogues using best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solution positioning
  • Manage revenue/product growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, RFP/RFI responses, call preparations, and client-facing treasury presentations
  • Evaluate treasury solutions using client-focused cost/benefit analysis and bank-focused profitability analysis
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, client planning, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal and presentation development
  • Develop and deepen client relationships by identifying client needs
  • Partner with bankers and product specialists to develop customized treasury solutions
  • Lead pricing and negotiation discussions for treasury management products
  • Coach and mentor Treasury Analysts
  • Work with Servicing and Implementation teams to support client needs and deliver solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years of Treasury Sales Officer experience
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including long day and some overnight travel
  • Successful track record in treasury management sales
  • Broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products, services, and trends
  • Proven business development and relationship management skills with complex clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proven negotiation and active listening skills; strong executive presence
  • Critical and strategic thinking and problem resolution skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Ability to maneuver through the enterprise, engage partners, and escalate as needed
  • Ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high client satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as a close team member in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively manage risk while balancing client, team, and bank needs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Desired: B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate field
  • Desired: 5+ years of experience
  • Desired: Experience with USD clearing, Transactional FX, Trade/Trade Finance
  • Desired: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification or equivalent
  • Desired: MBA or equivalent
  • Desired: International Cash Management experience
