About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze processes and document business case opportunities
- Implement process improvement and transformation initiatives supporting Operational Excellence
- Execute change initiatives to improve cost efficiency, quality, productivity, risk mitigation, and controls
- Work with business leaders, subject matter experts, Line of Business partners, and integrated business and technology teams
- Implement moderately complex solutions addressing issues and risks, optimizing efficiency, reducing variability, and improving controls, quality, and sustainability
- Establish and implement continuous process improvement models using process engineering best practices and reusable technology solutions
- Apply analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and create structured, design-oriented solutions
- Lead enterprise change management deliverables, including project charters, SIPOC, RACI process maps, risk assessments, and control plans
- Lead strategic initiatives spanning multiple Lines of Business and enterprise-wide transformation
- Evaluate current-state processes, organizational structures, and technologies to identify improvement opportunities
- Identify risks and obstacles and propose mitigation strategies
- Use advanced data analytics and visualization tools to develop target-state solutions
- Build and present business cases to senior leadership
- Mentor and coach junior process designers
- Engage executive stakeholders regarding analysis, status, and strategic recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of process design experience including process, organization, and technology
- 3+ years of strategic planning, business model innovation, and business case development
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced process mapping and modeling skills using tools such as Visio
- Expertise in written and verbal storytelling and presentation
- Comfortable navigating new situations and an avid learner
- Skilled at managing high degrees of complexity
- Six Sigma Black / Green Belt certification desired
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills desired
- Experience managing or supporting operations in Wealth Management and Financial Services desired
- Must work first shift in the United States of America, 40 hours per week
