About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide application training and integrate information technology in the healthcare setting
- Serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes
- Collect data and analyze workflows
- Perform testing and provide at-the-elbow and phone support
- Participate in application deployment and procedure documentation
- Ensure software builds meet organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and one year job-related experience, or two years’ direct healthcare experience in lieu of a degree
- Appropriate certification or licensure (if applicable) required
