About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide clinical services including psychosocial assessment and individual, family, and group therapies
  • Develop patient treatment plans with patient/family participation
  • Reassess treatment plans appropriately
  • Provide initial patient assessment if assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged
  • Participate in performance improvement activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Masters degree in social work or counselling
  • Licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC)
  • Dual licensure for IN and KY preferred but not required
  • Supervision training required to provide clinical supervision in that program
  • Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services
  • Knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts
  • Thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field
