About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage change projects that support the organisation's strategic objectives
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, quality, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
  • Develop and manage project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, and resources
  • Communicate with senior management, project teams, and external partners

  • Lead complex assignments or teams, coach employees where applicable, and collaborate across functions
  • Conduct complex analysis of internal and external data to solve problems
  • Consult on complex issues and support resolution of escalated issues
  • Develop policies and procedures supporting control and governance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working on agile projects, ideally using tools such as JIRA, working on Financial Crime projects
  • Proven experience in authoring user stories, mapping and documenting processes, and customer journeys
  • Experience in financial crime Intelligence and/or investigations change projects
  • Skills relevant for success in the role may include risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills
  • Ability to manage change projects within scope, budget, timeline, quality, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
  • Ability to manage project plans, stakeholders, teams, budgets, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, training, and communication
  • Ability to communicate complex and sensitive information and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and business divisions
  • Ability to take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls
