About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage change projects to deliver strategic objectives on time, within budget, in control, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Develop and manage project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, and resources
  • Communicate with senior management, project teams, external partners, and other stakeholders
  • Manage and resource project teams
  • Manage project budgets
  • Create reports on project progress
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
  • Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication
  • Contribute to the Intelligence and Investigations workstream within a global strategic Financial Crime programme
  • Support development and delivery of enhancements to the bank’s intelligence and investigations capabilities
  • Advise key stakeholders and senior management on functional and cross-functional impacts
  • Create solutions through sophisticated analytical thought and extensive research
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships using influencing and negotiating skills

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Substantial experience working on agile projects
  • Strong demonstrable stakeholder management skills
  • Considerable experience working on Financial Crime projects
  • Proven experience running working groups/workshops
  • Experience authoring user stories
  • Experience mapping and documenting processes and customer journeys
  • Experience in financial crime intelligence and/or investigations change projects
  • Skills relevant to success may include risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills
