About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, govern, and execute facility migrations from ACBS to LoanIQ
- Act as the central point of accountability across Operations, Technology, Product, Transformation, and Business stakeholders
- Ensure facilities are migrated successfully
- Mitigate operational risks
- Achieve target business outcomes
- Oversee related projects aligned with broader strategic business objectives
- Manage stakeholders, risks, issues, resources, finances, metrics, and change across the programme
- Advise functional leadership teams and senior management on functional and cross-functional impacts and alignment
- Develop innovative solutions through sophisticated analytical thought and extensive research
- Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Manage risk and strengthen controls
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading large-scale lending platform migrations or system transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and programme governance skills
- Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle
- Deep knowledge of LoanIQ
- Experience with using AI automation tools (highly valued)
- ACBS experience (highly valued)
- Line Operations experience within Wholesale Lending (highly valued)
- May be assessed on risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills
