About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Considerable business and technical acumen with hands-on experience partnering with product, operations, controls, engineering and design
- Experience with APIs, data models and solution architecture
- Experience defining and delivering product roadmaps
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance environments
- Ability to translate business strategy into measurable customer, colleague, risk and efficiency outcomes
- Experience in financial services, ideally within Retail Banking
- Experience establishing and championing product and engineering conventions
- Experience leading process simplification, operating model transformation, automation and/or AI-enabled change initiatives within a complex organisation
- Skills relevant to success in role include risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills
