Design, develop, and improve software providing business, platform, and technology capabilities
Deliver high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized software solutions
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and solution strategies
Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Platform/infra architecture at enterprise scale (5+ yrs), including distributed systems, active-active, and failover patterns
Expert Python (FastAPI/async) or Go/Java for high-throughput, low-latency production systems
Deep AWS/EKS/Envoy experience, including Bedrock, IAM, Aurora, CloudFormation, GPU scheduling, multi-tenancy, service mesh (Istio), and Envoy
GenAI/Agentic AI experience with LangGraph/LangChain or Google ADK, MCP/A2A protocols, prompt engineering, RAG, and vLLM serving
AI safety/guardrails knowledge, including prompt injection detection, PII redaction, and content filtering
AI security frameworks knowledge, including NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, and OWASP LLM Top 10
Envoy Proxy experience with xDS API, WASM filters, and AI Gateway extensions
Financial services background covering regulatory, data residency, and compliance
Ability to demonstrate risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills
Minimum 5 years of platform/infra architecture experience
