About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operating and administrative support to senior leaders

- Oversee risk management and compliance, including governance of critical control activities
- Control costs and manage workforce planning, financial analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring
- Advise senior stakeholders on functional and cross-functional impacts
- Develop innovative solutions through complex analysis and research
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and partnerships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience coordinating and driving multi-workstream delivery from design through execution
- Ability to set up governance forums, support decisions, and maintain team alignment
- Confidence working with budgets and headcount, tracking investment and outcomes
- Good grounding in Wealth Management or similar financial services
- Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and simplify complex delivery
- Experience improving delivery processes in a growing or changing business
- Skills relevant to risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills
- Ability to work in either the Canary Wharf or Glasgow offices
