About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Edit project reports for accuracy, consistency, relevance, spelling, language usage, and grammar across projects from any industry
- Listen to audio recordings and complete reports accordingly when applicable
- Report inconsistencies and contradictions in report content
- Report or communicate specific editing problems to project teams
- Coordinate with the Operations Team on client change requests
- Adhere to report timelines and completion requirements
- Perform other editing assignments as needed
- Report to the Data Quality Lead - BARE India
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate education required
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in proofreading/content editing from any industry
- Ability to demonstrate responsible, ethical and honest behaviour
- Ability to deliver required standards under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively and openly
- Ability to provide constructive feedback
- Ability to work with a wide range of individuals
- Ability to deal with monotony
- Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong command of the English language
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and consistency
- Ability to listen to audio recordings and complete reports accordingly when applicable
- Multilingual capabilities and excellent problem-solving skills welcomed
- Ability to work in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
