About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate pharma customers’ business needs into user stories and technology
  • Participate in IT implementation projects for high-profile life science clients from initiation to completion
  • Support digital asset management projects
  • Work within the Data and Analytics practice area
  • Apply commercial-domain knowledge and technology expertise to maximize value from clients’ digital platforms
  • Run workshops, prepare documentation, and conduct customer alignments
  • Support clients’ analytics challenges and data-driven ambitions
  • Structure and present complex situations to technical, business, and executive stakeholders
  • Continuously build knowledge in relevant IT solutions and business areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within life science
  • Deep hands-on understanding of commercial processes in life science companies
  • Successful track record of participating in IT projects in a life science company
  • Proven experience in data visualization tools: Qlik (preferred), Power BI, Tableau or similar
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and big data technologies
  • Problem solving and critical thinking mindset
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to structure tasks and attention to detail
  • Ability to run workshops, documentation, and customer alignments in English
  • French and German are a high plus
  • Strong team spirit and ability to contribute as a team player
  • BSc or MSc from a leading university in computer science, information technology, engineering, or similar experience
  • Practical experience with agile and waterfall project management
  • Proven experience implementing cloud solutions
  • Understanding of GxP is a plus
  • Knowledge of Veeva, IQVIA, and/or Salesforce solutions is a plus
  • Ability to structure and present complex situations to various stakeholders, including executive levels
  • Willingness to continuously build knowledge in relevant IT solutions and business areas
