About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as lead data architect on MDM and data platform programmes for life sciences clients
  • Set up and run data governance, including ownership, standards, and decision rights
  • Chair design authority meetings and make architecture decisions across MDM, data platform, and CRM integration
  • Work with client stakeholders ranging from business owners to IT leadership
  • Manage and develop consultants in the data team
  • Lead or contribute to RFP responses and solution proposals
  • Present in client orals and pre-sales meetings
  • Share knowledge and help grow the data practice

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record in a leading role on MDM or data platform implementations, deep in one and credible across both
  • Experience with MDM, such as Informatica MDM or Reltio MDM
  • Experience with data platforms, such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Informatica IDMC
  • Hands-on experience with data governance and running a design authority or similar architecture forum
  • Experience managing and developing people
  • Pre-sales experience, such as RFP responses, proposals, orals, or pre-sales meetings
  • Good understanding of Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • General understanding of customer engagement processes including CRM, marketing automation, consent management, and event and engagement management
  • Confident spoken and written communication with business and technical audiences
  • Excellent English
  • Deep knowledge of one or more customer engagement processes is a plus
  • Certification in an MDM solution or data platform is a plus
  • Good knowledge of data models from at least one key data provider: IQVIA OneKey, IQVIA sales and prescription data, or Veeva OpenData is a plus
  • GAMP 5 training or hands-on experience is a plus
