About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure and maintain Veeva Vault CRM environments for pharma clients, including objects, fields, page layouts, picklists, security profiles, and user roles
  • Handle incoming support tickets and change requests from triage and impact assessment through implementation and closure
  • Plan and run Vault release readiness for each of the three annual general releases, including impact analysis, regression testing, and enabling relevant new features
  • Configure and support commercial capabilities including call reporting, account and territory management, Approved Email, CLM, Engage, and sample management
  • Promote configuration between sandbox and production vaults using controlled deployment practices and documentation satisfying client change control and audit requirements
  • Support clients migrating from legacy Veeva CRM (Salesforce-based) to Vault CRM
  • Advise client business and IT stakeholders on best-practice configuration and CRM improvements
  • Work closely with clients and colleagues to address complex challenges across the life sciences value chain

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on CRM configuration experience, ideally with Vault CRM Administrator certification or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of the Vault platform, including object model, lifecycles, security, VQL, and deployment through configuration packages
  • Knowledge of pharma commercial processes and the role CRM plays in field force, medical, and key account management
  • Awareness of relevant regulations and compliance, such as GDPR for HCP data, sample accountability (e.g. PDMA), transparency reporting, and controlled change management
  • Experience working in a managed service or ITSM setup, with ticket handling and tools such as ServiceNow
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose issues across configuration, data, and integrations
  • Clear communication in English, able to translate business requirements into configuration and explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in Spain
