About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Bastion’s relationships with its largest enterprise customers from signed contract through launch and long-term growth
- Manage enterprise onboarding, customer success, and product operations
- Learn customer programs, stakeholders, status, risks, and next steps
- Map programs from signed contract to live volume, including workstreams, dependencies, approvals, and owners
- Unblock stalled workstreams such as sandbox access, security reviews, and legal items
- Run enterprise programs end to end, including kickoff, integration support, security and compliance review, and launch
- Set success criteria with executive sponsors and report against volume, use cases, and service levels
- Run executive and working-level reviews
- Resolve cross-functional issues across product, engineering, legal, and compliance
- Expand programs across business units, entities, and products with sales
- Own renewals and commercial changes, including amendments and one-off terms
- Convert recurring enterprise requests into product requirements and process improvements
- Create the enterprise account playbook
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing relationships with large enterprise customers and financial institutions
- Ability to own customer relationships from signed contract through launch and long-term growth
- Ability to coordinate across executive sponsors, program managers, engineers, treasury, risk, procurement, legal, compliance, product, and engineering stakeholders
- Ability to manage security reviews, vendor onboarding, internal approvals, compliance reviews, and ongoing obligations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute from the first week
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for US-based employment
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
