About the role

What you’ll need- First-rate degree from a top-tier university or ecosystem
- Prior experience in fast-paced setups like venture capital, consulting, or early-stage startups
- Deep curiosity about AI developments, software/agentic tools, and engineering realities
- Comfortable working alongside top-tier ML engineers

- Exceptional, confident communication skills in both German and English
