About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and produce Charity & Social Enterprise-specific RFP responses and pitch materials
  • Support lawyers with tender presentations
  • Work with the BDMD, Charity & Social Enterprise Clients & Markets Team and BDM Executive to create and deliver the Spotlight flagship event in 2027
  • Deliver the Charity & Social Enterprise team business plan and develop and support BDM initiatives
  • Create and deliver targeted campaigns to raise awareness of products and services
  • Plan for new and innovative products and services
  • Manage strategic and logistical tasks associated with marketing events
  • Manage and maximise value from strategic commercial partnerships
  • Use data and metrics to continuously improve team output
  • Draft and post content to the firm's social media channels and website
  • Support BDM team members on ad hoc projects
  • Adapt to changing tasks and client needs
  • Report to Heloise Paull

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role in a law firm
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to multitask and manage own and others' workloads efficiently and timely
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Smart, fast, reliable and enthusiastic team player
  • Seasoned BDM expert who has worked in a similar role delivering strategic goals and growth
  • CIM qualification or equivalent ideally
  • Experience working in a BDM advisory role, advising senior stakeholders
  • Client-centric approach with evidence of adding value and growth
  • Creative, solutions-focused outlook
  • Ability to build, maintain and nurture relationships
  • Values reflecting the firm's strong social purpose
