About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, prioritize, and develop the Product Catalog team while remaining involved in complex and high-impact catalog work
  • Own the day-to-day health, accuracy, structure, governance, and continuous improvement of the multi-brand product catalog
  • Own SKU creation and standardization across manufacturer/distributed brands and Bathing Brands Exclusive brands
  • Establish scalable standards for SKU structures, variants, kits, parent/child products, accessories, replacements, configurable products, and other complex product relationships
  • Manage manufacturer-driven product introductions, discontinuations, replacements, pricing and MAP changes, specification updates, digital assets, and other catalog changes through implementation
  • Ensure product and pricing changes are accurately reflected across ERP, eCommerce websites, IDMs, and other applicable systems and channels
  • Own standards for product attributes, specifications, classifications, naming conventions, relationships, and data quality
  • Improve product taxonomy, categories, subcategories, filters, facets, and catalog architecture
  • Organize products around how customers understand and shop for them
  • Identify systemic catalog problems and drive root-cause solutions
  • Improve product discoverability, comparison, compatibility, cross-sell, upsell, replacement, and related-product relationships
  • Establish repeatable workflows, QA processes, documentation, and controls
  • Partner with Product Launch, ERP, Web Development, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and other teams to complete catalog initiatives
  • Use customer, search, sales, and support information to identify future Product Catalog improvements
  • Own the ongoing Product Catalog function and team within Bathing Brands' eCommerce Systems organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must reside in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Arizona, or Florida
  • Experience leading Product Catalog, Product Information Management (PIM), eCommerce catalog operations, product data, or a closely related function
  • Experience leading people and setting clear priorities, standards, ownership, and accountability
  • Strong understanding of SKU governance, taxonomy, product attributes, classifications, product relationships, and data quality
  • Experience working with large or complex product catalogs and large-scale product imports or updates
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
  • Experience with ERP and/or PIM systems and understanding of how product information moves between connected systems
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand technical or specification-heavy products and ask the right questions when information is incomplete
  • Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated history of improving processes
  • Comfort constructively challenging inefficient processes, proposing solutions, and driving work through completion
  • Experience in multi-brand or multi-site eCommerce environments, manufacturing, distribution, home improvement, industrial, or technically complex product categories would be valuable
  • Experience managing manufacturer product-line launches, annual pricing changes, or MAP updates would be valuable
  • Experience with configurable products, kits, variants, accessories, and compatibility relationships would be valuable
  • Experience with Drupal Commerce or another enterprise eCommerce/CMS platform would be valuable
  • Experience with Acumatica or another ERP platform would be valuable
  • Experience with catalog KPIs, data-quality measurement, automation, or process improvement would be valuable
