Key responsibilities & impact

Support the design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pipelines, and pumping stations
Assist in preparing production drawings using Revit to model structures, buildings, building systems, and process piping
Create and modify plans, sections, schematics, and other details under direction from the design engineer
Use Civil 3D to assist in preparing site plans, including linework, surfaces, and pipe/pressure networks
Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, and other project support departments
Maintain Revit templates for multidisciplinary structural, HVAC, plumbing, process, and electrical design work

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree in architecture, civil, or structural engineering technology; BIM/VDC Certificate Program; or related work/education experience
Entry level to 2+ years’ work experience modeling in Revit
Detail-oriented with efficient problem-solving techniques
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn new skills and be a proactive team member
Experience in AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferred
Experience or knowledge of Forma preferred
Experience in Enscape or other rendering software preferred
Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction and knowledge of building systems preferred
Practical experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive preferred
Experience in Bluebeam Revu preferred
