About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school students only
- No prior experience is required; training provided
- Available Monday through Friday, 15 hours per week
- Ability to reliably commute to Antioch
- Commitment to social justice and leadership
- Passionate about learning and youth development: TK/K
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Must be able to provide a work permit
- Must be able to provide 2 reference letters
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with students and families
- Basic English reading proficiency to support students' academic development, enrichment offerings, and school day alignment
- Preferred: Able to practice open, clear, and consistent communication and commitment to participate in professional development
