About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage new client intake activities, including referral calls, information gathering, documentation, and follow-up
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community partners
  • Coordinate client services across multiple offices and support efficient referral processing and service starts
  • Communicate client needs and referral updates to Client Services Managers and the care team
  • Support field staff with timely information, guidance, and follow-through
  • Maintain accurate records and use electronic systems and Excel to track referrals and workflow items
  • Assist with office operations, process improvement, organization, and administrative priorities
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and community organizations
  • Prioritize competing demands, solve problems, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Represent BAYADA professionally, compassionately, and reliably

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; motivated recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in home care, healthcare, customer service, sales, referral coordination, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative, meet goals, and manage increasing responsibility
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with computers and electronic systems
  • Experience with Excel preferred
  • Positive, motivated, and service-oriented approach
  • Ability to travel occasionally to BAYADA offices in the Cumberland and Gloucester areas
