Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and mentor developers across backend, frontend, and AI-related projects
Design scalable, maintainable, and secure software architectures
Participate in hands-on development, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting
Design and implement AI-powered features using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and workflow orchestration
Evaluate new technologies and recommend practical improvements
Establish coding standards, development best practices, and technical documentation
Collaborate with Product Owners, DevOps, QA, and Security teams
Identify technical risks, resolve bottlenecks, and improve engineering productivity
Support integrations, legacy system modernization, and cloud-based applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of professional software development experience
Previous experience as a Technical Lead or demonstrated technical leadership capabilities
Strong backend development experience with Python, .NET, or Node.js
Good understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, databases, and system integrations
Practical experience with LLMs, OpenAI APIs, RAG, AI Agents, or LangChain/LangGraph
Familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as React or Next.js
Experience with Git, code reviews, Docker, and CI/CD fundamentals
Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
Ability to work hands-on while guiding a development team
Experience with Azure or AWS (nice to have)
Experience building production-ready AI applications (nice to have)
Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search (nice to have)
Familiarity with AI evaluation, guardrails, and observability (nice to have)
Experience with real-time applications, WebSockets, or speech-to-text solutions (nice to have)
Understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and application security (nice to have)
Experience modernizing legacy applications (nice to have)
