Own architectural decisions across one or more products from design through delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep expertise in cloud architectural patterns, including microservices, serverless, streaming, CI/CD, data management, security, and observability
Strong engineering fundamentals, curiosity, and adaptability
Experience owning architectural decisions across one or more products from design through delivery
Ability to champion clean, secure, and high-performing code
Ability to lead troubleshooting using runtime health, logging, and platform observability insights
Ability to drive continuous improvement and turn technical ideas into production-ready execution
Knowledge of agentic AI and ability to design and advocate for AI-driven workflows with responsible adoption
Ability to engage with clients, product managers, designers, and leadership to solve problems
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across audiences
Ability to coach and mentor engineers technically and professionally
Ability to balance hands-on technical contributions with strategic guidance
Familiarity with Java, React, Node.js, TypeScript, Express, AWS, Terraform, EKS, Docker, GitHub Actions, Datadog, Logz.io, PagerDuty, CloudWatch, Sentry, and FullStory is contextual to the team's stack
