About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as Product Owner for the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Portfolio within CIB Risk
- Deliver measurable business value and ensure the long-term sustainability of deployed AI solutions
- Lead the AI strategy across the CIB Risk domain
- Prioritize the self-service agent portfolio
- Guide, coordinate, and supervise technical leads (“Wizards”) building and maintaining self-service agents
- Evaluate potential use cases across CIB Risk domains
- Define and defend strategic Business Cases for AI initiatives
- Assess alternative technology stacks with Architecture and Data teams
- Ensure technical developments align with operational business needs and Group quality standards
- Drive end-to-end governance, monitoring, operational/technology risk management, and evolution of deployed AI solutions
- Ensure adherence to ethical, internal, and regulatory AI standards
- Identify cross-functional AI transformation opportunities across CIB Risk business lines
- Execute strategic initiatives with CIB AI Transformation, CIB Engineering, and other key teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in Transformation, Strategy, or Engineering within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), Financial Services Management Consulting, or Tech/AI Portfolio Management
- 3–5 years leading Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, or Digital Transformation projects applied to financial/corporate risk
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
- MBA or professional financial certification (CFA, FRM) highly valued
- Solid understanding of CIB products (M&A, Project Finance, Global Markets, Credit Risk, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of practical applications of AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, and self-service agent architectures
- Proven ability to quantify ROI and financial impact for tech and AI initiatives
- Familiarity with AI regulatory frameworks, model validation, and tech risk control standards
- English: Advanced / C1-C2 (Essential for global operations and cross-border collaboration)
- Spanish: Professional / Fluent (Desirable, but not mandatory)
