About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the implementation, operation, and evolution of technical solutions and security controls for the data platform and owned projects
Negotiate and manage with different areas
Track area initiatives
Actively participate in internal projects
Manage exceptions associated with data loss prevention (DLP) controls and blocks, evaluating risks and ensuring appropriate compensating controls
Ensure controls are applied to regulatory deliveries, information extraction, tokenization, and secure enablement of unstructured data
Manage the lifecycle of security solutions, ensuring correct operation and alignment with business needs and regulations
Ensure data evolution and consumption, as well as AI capabilities, comply with strict corporate security standards
Ensure control effectiveness for new use cases and timely management of exceptions and incidents through effective compensating controls

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in the DATA field
Knowledge of data concepts
Experience with ADA and knowledge of IAM
Dashboard maintenance using Data Studio
Information security and protection of confidential information
Data security, security models, and global and local standards
Cloud data platforms/AWS
Data loss prevention (DLP)
Tokenization and detokenization mechanisms
Exception management and definition of compensating controls
Agile methodologies (Jira, Scrum)
English language
Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura)
2 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Security, Information Security, or related functions, with demonstrable experience on data platforms
Desired: security or cloud certifications (ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP Top Ten 10)
