About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate actively in analytics projects and ensure proper execution of the strategic agenda
- Implement advanced data solutions and analytical models to optimize processes
- Manage and process large volumes of information using Big Data
- Develop analytical models and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools
- Collaborate with and lead multidisciplinary teams under agile methodologies
- Operate accurately and efficiently in high-demand environments
- Generate forecasting models that support business goal setting and evaluation of strategic campaign performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced programming in Python and PySpark
- Knowledge of Big Data ecosystems
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Knowledge of forecasting models and predictive analytics is desirable
- Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) is desirable
- Completed bachelor's degree (Licenciatura) in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related data science field
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing and managing analytical models and processing massive datasets
- Intermediate English, B1 level
- High analytical capability and strategic vision
- Ability to work with agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams
