About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support an O&M / Sustainment agile development program
- Oversee agile requirements development and management
- Define customers' mission and problem needs
- Lead the requirements gathering process
- Ensure solutions align with customer mission needs and the ServiceNow platform
- Facilitate, coordinate, and engage with customer mission and product owners to identify, define, and create use cases
- Generate requirements and acceptance criteria for user stories
- Work with stakeholders to define and document requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Demonstrate ServiceNow configuration knowledge in technical meetings with customers and the program team
- Derive and define use cases leading to epics, themes, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Develop and update the Software Requirements Document with technical and functional specifications
- Assist with scope definition and level-of-effort estimation alongside the Solutions Architect and Scrum Master
- Identify critical requirements and use cases requiring routine regression testing
