About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Solution Architects to understand implementation details and release capability scope
Develop test procedures, cases, and data supporting user stories and acceptance criteria
Execute test cases and procedures in the test environment
Work with Developers and Architects to resolve test defects
Ensure bugs identified during testing, including Government Acceptance Test, are addressed timely
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, planning, grooming, and demonstrations
Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts, using ServiceNow test management
Articulate and demonstrate requirements and technical configurations to the Product Owner
Support production issues and work with the O&M team to resolve them
Create and maintain a regression test suite

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
7+ years of experience as a Test Engineer in an Agile development environment
Have or ability to obtain a Security+ or equivalent Certification
ServiceNow CSA certification required
Experience with ServiceNow / Rest API integration including requirements gathering, test development, and management
Experience with ServiceNow test management, test execution, and test script procedure development
ATF experience is desired
Strong written and verbal skills
Strong analytical/critical thinking skills
Experience with the ServiceNow HAM and/or WSD modules
Must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for DoD Secret security clearance
Ability to work 7:00am–4:00pm EST Monday–Friday, except Government Holidays
