About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a portfolio of audit engagements in direct collaboration with Statutory Auditors
Define the audit strategy and ensure appropriate resource allocation across engagements
Supervise and provide direction throughout each engagement: planning, fieldwork, review, finalization, and presentation of findings
Ensure the technical quality of deliverables, methodological compliance, and adherence to applicable standards
Review complex areas, resolve technical matters, and ensure the robustness of the positions adopted
Lead, motivate, and develop audit teams through coaching and performance evaluation
Serve as a point of reference for Engagement Managers and Senior Auditors
Build trusted client relationships and lead high-value discussions
Participate in summary presentations, closing meetings, and discussions with senior management
Contribute to the management and development of the business: portfolio organization, workload forecasting, client retention, and identification of opportunities
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and the professional development of team members
Proactively contribute to the firm’s audit methodologies, quality initiatives, and the development of its audit offering

Requirements

Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Audit, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Several years of experience in an accounting or audit firm
Proficiency in accounting and tax standards
Natural leadership, leading by example, collaborative spirit, and results orientation
