About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage client payroll in compliance with current social and tax regulations across multiple collective bargaining agreements
Collect and verify the information required to prepare payslips, including hours worked, absences, bonuses, and other relevant data
Manage social security filings, including DADS-U and DSN, and monitor the payment of social security contributions
Respond to client inquiries regarding payroll
Complete the various payroll procedures associated with employee onboarding and offboarding
Monitor regulatory developments in payroll and social security contributions, including legislative and collective bargaining changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least one year of professional experience managing payroll under multiple collective bargaining agreements, preferably in an accounting firm or outsourced payroll agency
Strong knowledge of employment and social legislation
Knowledge of SILAE is a plus
Good understanding of the issues and constraints involved in managing company payroll
Rigorous and methodical, with the ability to meet payslip processing deadlines
Strong communication skills for interacting with social security and other relevant authorities
Strong customer service orientation
