About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage client payroll in compliance with current employment and tax regulations across multiple collective bargaining agreements
Collect and verify the information required to prepare payroll slips, including hours worked, absences, bonuses, and other relevant data
Monitor social security declarations and payment of social security contributions
Respond to client payroll-related inquiries
Handle all payroll procedures related to employee onboarding and offboarding
Monitor regulatory developments, including changes to legislation and collective bargaining agreements relating to payroll and social security contributions
Use SILAE payroll software

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of professional experience managing payroll under multiple collective bargaining agreements, preferably in an accounting firm or payroll outsourcing provider
Strong knowledge of employment and social legislation
Experience with SILAE is a plus
Good understanding of the issues and constraints involved in corporate payroll management
Thorough and methodical, with the ability to meet payroll processing deadlines
Strong communication skills for liaising with social security and government bodies
Customer-focused approach
