About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft documents, letters, and correspondence to clients
- Accurately enter documents into internal systems and create formal documents in the insolvency database
- Assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required
- Work with the local team and others within the organization
- Conduct community outreach and use social media to promote personal debt solutions offerings
- Participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies
- Grow expertise through learning and professional development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise well with staff and outside parties
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to stay organized within a busy work environment
- Ability to support high-level management demands with strong attention to detail
- Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required
- Post-secondary education is an asset but not a requirement
- Previous Insolvency/Personal Debt Solutions experience is an asset but not a requirement
