About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, report results, and provide ROI-related recommendations
  • Participate in adopting digital and AI tools including Workday, CoPilot, Smartsheet, CRM, marketing automation, content delivery platforms, and other MarTech tools
  • Develop and track project plans, budgets, approvals, key dates, and milestones
  • Manage event and webinar logistics, including invitations, mailing lists, materials, site management, speakers, presentations, facilities, and follow-up
  • Coordinate with design, digital, and content marketing teams to incorporate initiatives into content and social media strategy
  • Evaluate event performance through ROI tracking, feedback, and post-event reports and analysis
  • Support other marketing and marketing communications activities within BSO
  • Work closely with service line leaders and the Markets & Industry team on strategic marketing programs
  • Occasionally travel to other locations and firm events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business, or commensurate work experience within a B2B or professional services organization
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a B2B or professional services role
  • Demonstrable project management experience
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, steer several projects simultaneously, and manage priorities
  • Creative, autonomous, and self-starting
  • Metrics-driven mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to build strong relations with demanding professionals
