About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the acquisition, onboarding, renewal, and expansion of cloud services customers
  • Provide guidance on Microsoft CSP, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and other cloud solutions
  • Partner with sales and account teams on pricing strategies, licensing recommendations, proposals, statements of work, and change orders
  • Support inbound client inquiries and sales activities
  • Coordinate client onboarding and transition to service delivery teams
  • Lead and improve cloud operational processes for order management, subscriptions, billing, invoicing, and renewals
  • Collaborate with finance, delivery, and customer success teams on transaction processing, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational improvements
  • Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and best practices
  • Develop dashboards, forecasts, sales performance metrics, and pipeline tracking reports
  • Analyze cloud business trends, customer adoption, and operational performance
  • Provide leadership with reporting and insights on performance, risks, customer trends, and operational effectiveness
  • Support sales propensity models and data-driven forecasting initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Service Delivery
  • Support strategic initiatives and transformation projects for Cloud Services
  • Mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing, coaching, and process guidance
  • Maintain expertise in Microsoft licensing programs, cloud offerings, and emerging technologies
  • Deliver training, enablement sessions, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients
  • Stay current on cloud market trends, licensing changes, and industry best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, cloud sales support, customer success, business operations, technology consulting, or a related professional services environment
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Microsoft CSP, or similar SaaS and cloud platforms
  • Strong understanding of quoting, subscription management, customer onboarding, billing, invoicing, forecasting, and reporting
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to provide actionable recommendations
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and process improvement capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business functions and influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Experience within a Microsoft partner ecosystem or Cloud Solution Provider environment is nice to have
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, PSA, or subscription management platforms is nice to have
  • Knowledge of cloud financial management, licensing compliance, and cloud governance practices is nice to have
  • Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, or Cloud Solutions are nice to have
  • Experience within a professional services or consulting organization is nice to have
  • Experience using Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, or other automation and data visualization tools is nice to have
