Key responsibilities & impact

Accurately receive, store, and issue medical and non-medical supplies and materials
Maintain inventory control, documentation, and detailed records of inventory levels, orders, and usage
Inspect incoming supplies for quality and compliance; document discrepancies or damages
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
Assist with logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and distribution
Follow safety protocols and regulations when handling and storing hazardous materials
Collaborate with departments to identify supply needs and resolve supply chain issues
Prepare reports and assist with supply budgets

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Additional training in logistics is a plus
Experience in inventory management or supply chain operations
Ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work the Supply Technician shift of 7:00 am–3:30 pm PT
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test
U.S. Citizenship required
Must be eligible to obtain a government-granted security clearance and access classified information
Subject to background investigation, including criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness
Employment contingent upon contract award and funding
