About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports across the JOMIS mission environment
Use AI/ML capabilities, automation tools, and data transformation techniques to streamline reporting and improve data accuracy and timeliness
Build scalable reporting solutions in Excel, ServiceNow, and other approved analytic platforms
Translate complex data sets into intuitive visualizations supporting leadership decision-making, operational monitoring, and performance analysis
Partner with operational medicine SMEs, program managers, and system owners to gather requirements and validate data
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security standards across reporting activities
Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting, reduce data latency, and introduce predictive or trend-based analytics
Provide training, documentation, and user support for dashboards and reporting tools
Support MHS customers globally as part of the DHA Global Service Center contact center support team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a US Citizen
Public Trust Clearance / or ability to obtain
Primary work locations in San Antonio, TX, and Falls Church, VA
6+ years enterprise coordinating advanced technical project schedules
Bachelor's degree in an IT or math related field or equivalent experience
Security+ Certification required
ITIL4/5 Foundations Certification preferred
Experience working within Military Health and Operational Medicine environments preferred
Familiarity with ServiceNow (MHSSHD) ITSM ticketing system preferred
Eligibility to obtain a government-granted security clearance and access to classified information
May be subject to background investigation, criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness checks
Experience creating operational dashboards and performance reports in complex workflow or multi-source data environments
Proficiency in ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and data extraction
Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas; macros/VBA a plus
Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled analytics tools such as Copilot, Power BI AI features, or ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence
Understanding of data governance, security practices, and mission-driven reporting principles
Strong documentation skills and intuitive user experience design
