About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods
Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance
Maintain documentation and support end users as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Secret clearance required on day one
U.S. Citizenship required
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Bachelor in computer science or related field
Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog
Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure federal environments
Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC
Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA) preferred
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, MID Server, and Discovery preferred
Background supporting federal agencies or classified environments preferred
