About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand customer requirements, business processes, and operational objectives to provide effective SAP Business One support
- Identify, troubleshoot, and investigate application issues, determine root causes, and implement appropriate resolutions or workarounds
- Provide functional support and guidance to customers on SAP Business One core modules and add-ons
- Conduct user training, share best practices, and introduce relevant system features and modules to improve application usage and efficiency
- Support SAP Business One implementations, upgrades, system enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely issue resolution and high-quality service delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of SAP Business One core modules and commonly used add-ons
- Experience in SAP Business One application support and/or implementation
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Reports
- Experience in SAP Business One upgrades is an advantage
- Strong IT consulting or application support background
- Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage
- Functional knowledge of SAP Business One
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Reports
- Basic knowledge of SAP Business One deployment in cloud environments
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Native-level Spanish
- Strong service mindset and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a global, multicultural team
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution abilities
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
