Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as a lead engineer, engineering manager, or similar, including programming and people management
  • Breadth of experience across infrastructure, backend, and frontend technology stacks
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL on GCP
  • Experience with React and TypeScript, using the shadcn design system
  • Experience with OpenAI and Claude for LLM interfacing
  • Experience in fast-growth, customer-focused startup companies delivering measurable results
  • Interest in AI products and improving workflows with AI
  • Product mindset focused on customer outcomes and data-informed decisions
  • Pragmatic approach to choosing the right tool for the job
  • Enjoyment of working in cross-functional teams with PMs, UX, Designers, and Data
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setting, with 2 days per week working in person
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check as part of onboarding
  • Ability to work in the UK or obtain UK work visa sponsorship
