Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Consulting experience in the health sector, preferably NHS / UK health sector
  • Approximately 4–8 years of health sector consulting and/or operational delivery experience
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and/or workstreams
  • Commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities and shape proposals
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior health sector leaders
  • Experience in operational and performance improvement, technology implementation and transformation, or finance and cost improvement
  • Experience in project or programme management within consulting
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
