Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to project teams under the guidance of experienced consultants
Support clients in developing and transforming their organizations and business processes
Ensure high quality standards in internal and external projects
Collaborate with colleagues from the global network
Contribute to specialist areas including strategy, business model design, process development, organizational design, performance improvement, sustainability, and enterprise applications
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses
Research relevant information and prepare documentation
Take on project management responsibilities
Contribute throughout the entire project lifecycle, from analyzing and designing to implementing new business planning approaches
Coordinate collaboration among project stakeholders
Continuously develop consulting, methodological, and project management skills

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed a degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable field
Initial experience in consulting or a business-related environment
Knowledge of business processes and their design
Targeted use of AI tools to improve efficiency and develop solutions
Knowledge of agile project methodologies
Ideally, initial exposure to change management in transformation projects
Expertise in supply chain management, for example in logistics, planning, operations, procurement, or digital supply chain management
Fluent business communication skills in German and English
French is an advantage
Analytical and structured way of thinking
Pragmatic approach to solving complex issues
Team player with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work confidently with people at different levels of the organization
