About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze clients' business processes, requirements, and objectives
- Advise clients on leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Develop customizations, integrations, and extensions
- Conduct system assessments and identify gaps
- Develop strategies to improve existing system efficiency and effectiveness
- Guide clients' end-users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform usage
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business analysts for successful project delivery
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform developments and features
- Share knowledge and insights with the team
- Recommend best practices and industry standards for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant or in a similar role
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge and hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Relevant certifications such as Power Platform Fundamentals or Power Platform Developer Associate are ideally preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong team-player abilities
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment
- Ability to be present in the office once a week
- Bachelor's degree needed
