About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
- Conduct workshops to gather and analyse business requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria with guidance from senior team members
- Contribute to scalable, user-focused Salesforce solution design aligned with platform best practices
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools such as Flow
- Collaborate with technical teams on integration and development
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high-quality delivery
- Support UAT, training, and change management activities
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant
- Experience ideally gained within a management consultancy or Salesforce Partner environment
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
- Experience with industry clouds such as Financial Services Cloud is desirable
- Experience with declarative tools including Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes
- Excellent understanding of CRM processes and business operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable
