About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead ETM.next implementations end to end, from discovery through go-live, with the international products team
Lead design workshops to clarify requirements and confirm solution fit
Analyse client requirements and translate them into functional specifications aligned with business processes
Capture custom requirements and convert them into user stories for the development team
Configure ETM.next modules and integrate them with SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems
Plan and guide testing cycles, including user acceptance testing, and confirm go-live readiness
Prepare and deliver client training
Collaborate with sales, development and support colleagues
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
Feed client insight into the product roadmap and thought leadership
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Support proposals, solution demonstrations and client presentations
Build relationships with clients, technology partners and industry stakeholders
Champion ETM.next across construction, utilities, manufacturing, industrial services and defence sectors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology Management, Supply Chain, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
4+ years in SAP implementation, equipment or fleet management, or asset lifecycle solutions (e.g. ERP, CRM, MES or PLM)
Working familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and cloud-based enterprise applications
Interest in how technology enables business goals, with grounding in IT strategy, enterprise architecture or information management
Strong analytical, communication and project management skills
Composure to navigate difficult client situations
Willingness to travel as project needs require
Hands-on experience with ETM.next or a comparable asset management tool (desirable)
Integration experience with S/4HANA or ECC environments (desirable)
Strong understanding of equipment, asset, fleet planning, execution, maintenance and service, and billing settlement (desirable)
Experience in construction, utilities or industrial services (desirable)
Knowledge of SAP Fiori, IoT integration and mobile app deployment (desirable)
